80-100%, Munich, Germany (hybrid)

Your mission will be to drive all engineering tasks from the get-go. You will interact directly with our customers, identifying their requirements and defining an architecture that meets our customer’s needs and while satisfying all regulatory aspects.

We are heavily invested into Flutter and FHIR, so on every project we are seeking opportunities to leverage our existing tech stack as well as improving it with new components.

You will act as tech employee #1. Depending on the project, you may be expected to own and implement the tech stack yourself while simultaneously hiring and onboarding the initial tech team. Other projects may require you to work with an existing team. In any case, you need to be highly hands-on while keeping a good balance between project management and engineering work.

To be successful, you need to be able to manage a variety of interfaces (technically and personally) and navigate complex, heterogenous IT infrastructures.

We are looking for someone who is willing to go into uncharted territory, for whom the experience of the journey matters more than following a pre-planned path. We are looking for someone who can turn undefined situations into defined ones and who thrives in a team of like-minded people, rather than working alone and doing things by the book.

  • You are highly motivated, and you have a real drive to succeed and make things happen.
  • You enjoy working independently and outside of your comfort zone.
  • You are a strategic mind and you have the capability to identify and seize opportunity.
  • You are a good communicator and you want to have fun at work.
  • Ability and willingness to dive into unknown topics and acquire the skills to deliver what’s needed

In a nutshell, we are looking for hunger, excellence and awesomeness. You are fearless, and humble. You will walk through walls, and your hair will still look sexy right afterwards. If that’s you, we are looking forward to talking to you soon!
