Frédéric has 15+ years experience in Pharma and medical devices, particularly in the drug delivery field. He has contributed to the establishment of a cardiovascular drug portfolio and the related product setup, approval and market launch; he led various development programs for drug injection systems to eventually ensure successful market launches, and finally did focus on product innovation and its related Intellectual Property Management. Having contributed to the growth and transmission of his family venture, Frédéric became passionate about shaping, building and growing businesses, but always likes to remind himself that the key in anything you do is: people, people and people!
